    water2business was born out of a joint billing venture created by Bristol Water and Wessex Water in 2000.

    From 1 April 2017 business customers from Bristol Water and Wessex Water were transferred automatically to water2business when the new non-household retail market opened up.

    Our ethos remains the same: to work in partnership with SMEs, large businesses, public sector bodies, charities and multi-site organisations to create water efficiency programmes designed to meet their specific needs.

    Managing Director

    Charley joined water2business in June 2016 and has over ten years' experience in engaging and leading large teams driven to deliver awarding winning customer service.

    Chief Operating Officer

    Lynne has more than 35 years' experience within the water industry, with a history of customer service, credit management, meter billing and collections, placing her ideally to lead water2business through the changes ahead as the business continues to build on its established reputation.
