    The role:

    An exciting role covering maternity leave, supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of water2business.

    You will play a key role in the running of the water2business office, working closely with the COO, focusing on providing effective, efficient, and confidential support to the COO and the water2business leadership team.

    You will co-ordinate the COO's diary and meeting schedule which includes the planning and scheduling of meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.  Constantly keeping an eye on the horizon and predicting/managing pressure points and re-prioritising.

    You will manage the office stationery budget; facilities; meeting room booking and purchases, coordinating all areas of the business. You will attend meetings to take notes and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up of actions.

    You will coordinate the key leadership team actions agreed at the business's strategic weekly and monthly meetings.

    You will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders on behalf of the COO and will welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person, or on the phone, always making sure to behave as a company and brand ambassador.

    About you:

    You are an ambitious individual with a passion for supporting the business and it's leadership as it continues to grow.
    You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside the ability to build strong relationships with the senior leadership team, key stakeholders, as well as managing all external contact to the water2business office proficiently.

    You have a strong customer focus and the ability to make all contact memorable. You enjoy identifying areas for
    improvement, working to tight timescales, have great attention to detail and take pride in producing a great standard of work.

    You have a professional approach, are high in emotional intelligence and are emotionally resilient. You have experience of working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities with a positive can-do attitude. You have enthusiasm to learn new skills and the ability to exceed both your own and our customer expectations.

    You are highly proficient in all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, OneNote and PowerPoint).
