    Customer Relations Manager

    Claire is responsible for the day-to-day running of our customer relations team. She has six years' experience in customer relations, starting her journey in the contact centre. Throughout this time she has added to her skill set and responsibilities and has worked her way up to manager level.

     

    Her main focus is providing exceptional customer service for all of our customers whilst empowering her team to be the best they can be through coaching and one-to-ones. Claire's different roles throughout her career give her the knowledge and experience on how to best fully equip her team to provide resolutions for our customers at first point of contact.
