Salary £19,884 annual salary plus £410 shift allowance

Who are we?
Based in Nailsea just South of Bristol and employing around 60 people, we are in modern, newly refurbished offices with all the local shops and eateries on our doorstep. Water2business is a water retailer with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and tailored water management services. Our three promises are: Service, Sustainability and Savings, and these are what we pride ourselves on providing to each and every customer.
Our lively and welcoming Contact Centre team are responsible for providing elite service experiences for our customers through inbound telephone and email contact. We are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our customers and as such we provide the best first impression possible and look to solve as many queries as possible during the initial contact.
You'll receive calls from business customers and they can vary in size from a sole trader to a large national company, and you'll be dealing with a range of queries from them about their water services.
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for delivering a great service and who adopts a positive, enthusiastic approach to your work. We are measured through a number of targets, so you will also be someone who is driven by achieving success, both in terms of customer satisfaction and volume of calls.
You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and will also have the ability to use your initiative to help solve customer queries creatively and promptly.
Finally, you will be someone who enjoys working as part of a highly motivated team who pull together and thrive in busy and engaging atmosphere.
