The role:This position is unique within our business, giving you the
opportunity to bring the team vision to life. You will be responsible for
leading the Customer Relations team to meet their objectives and deliver
outstanding customer service. You provide regular coaching, 121s and huddles.
You will need to engage your team in a customer facing environment and will be a
champion for root cause analysis and process simplification, working to create
efficiencies across our business.
