• Customer Relations Team Leader

    Salary: £25,755

    Package: Excellent basic salary, contributory pension scheme, performance related bonus, 25 days' holiday (increasing with length of service), 37 hour week, free local parking and an on-line employee discount and cashback scheme to many major retailers.

    The role:
    This position is unique within our business, giving you the opportunity to bring the team vision to life. You will be responsible for leading the Customer Relations team to meet their objectives and deliver outstanding customer service. You provide regular coaching, 121s and huddles. You will need to engage your team in a customer facing environment and will be a champion for root cause analysis and process simplification, working to create efficiencies across our business.  

    About you:
    You are personable and enthusiastic about developing others. The customer journey is always at the forefront, leading you to build a customer centric culture in your team. You are organised, able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure. You use initiative and problem solving to deliver solutions for your customers and team members. You lead by example, championing change management and demonstrating a positive attitude. You understand data and use your findings to help shape your informed decisions and progress improvements.
