    The role:
    We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an articulate individual to take up an apprenticeship position within our friendly water2business offices. We are an award winning water retailer with an excellent reputation for training staff in a friendly and welcoming environment.

    Supporting our administration team in Nailsea to deliver a quality service to our Trade Effluent customers, the successful candidate will receive first class on the job training whilst completing a diploma at Weston College.

    The key responsibilities of the role will include:
    * Providing admin support for the Trade Effluent Services Manager including the typing of file notes and completion of a variety of administration forms for submission to regulatory bodies, Environment agency and water companies.
    * Ensuring all documents are recorded in the appropriate system for retrieval as required.
    * Maintaining the Trade Effluent billing system, this includes entering meter reads and analysing data to ensure accurate bill production.
    * Liaising with the Trade Effluent Services Manager in instances where analysed data shows a marked change in the customer usage profile.
    * Handling customer queries in an efficient and timely manner.

    The successful applicant will need be highly organised and able to plan and prioritise their own workload, be able to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner and be a good team player.

    About you:

    To be considered for this position, applicants will need to possess the following:
    * A minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) grades A* - C /4+ including Maths, English and Science.
    * A keen interest in the environment. 
    * A natural ability to make good decisions in a timely and confident manner
    * A positive and proactive approach with the ability to motivate both themselves and others
    * Good analytical skills with a high level of numeracy
    * Good communication skills, both written and verbal
    * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
