Salary: £19,267 (FTE)
Package: Excellent basic salary with £410 (FTE) role specific allowance, contributory pension scheme, performance related bonus, 25 days' holiday (increasing with length of service), 37 hour week, free local parking and an on-line employee discount and scheme.

Water2business is a water retailer with extensive industry knowledge and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service

Our lively and welcoming Contact Centre team are responsible for providing elite service experiences for our customers through inbound telephone and email contact. We are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our customers and as such we provide the best first impression possible and look to
solve as many queries as possible during the initial contact.
You'll receive calls from business customers and they can vary in size from a sole trader to a large national company, and you'll be dealing with a range of queries from them about their water services.
You will be working a 20 hour contract, 09:30 to 14:30 over four days a week (hours are negotiable)
