    Customer relations adviser

    A great opportunity to join our friendly and engaging Customer Relations team, who are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through a variety of communication channels. Within this role you will be assisting customers, problem solving, identifying potential changes and engaging in team meetings to share best practise.

Supporting our administration team in Nailsea to deliver a quality service to our Trade Effluent customers, the successful candidate will receive first class on the job training whilst completing a diploma at Weston College.
