    Customer Relations Adviser

    Our friendly and engaging Customer Relations team are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through a variety of communication channels including telephone, letter and email. We do this by treating every customer as an individual and using our skills and knowledge to build rapport, establish trust and find an effective solution.

    Contact Centre Adviser [Inbound]

    Our lively and welcoming Contact Centre team are responsible for providing elite service experiences for our customers through inbound telephone and email contact.  We are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our customers and as such we provide the best first impression possible and look to solve as many queries as possible during the initial contact. You’ll receive calls from business customers and they can vary in size from a sole trader to a large national company, and you’ll be dealing with a range of queries from them about their water services.
