    Kim has responsibility for running the account management team and value added services division. Kim joined the water2business team in 2014 and has a wealth of practical experience in managing water. She is also a qualified business coach, HR practitioner and trainer.

     

    Her focus has always been on building teams, customer excellence, new processes, change management and latterly, new product and service development in the water retail world.
