The role:As a company we bill c. £150m per annum, and part of this role is ensuring that accurate timely bills are produced, and that payments are allocated appropriately. You will be involved in various tasks within the department, including:• Monthly Bill Runs• Payment Allocations• Resolving Customer Billing and Payment queries• Documenting proceduresAbout you:We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has the ability to grasp and learn new concepts quickly. You will be a great communicator, have great attention to detail, and able to work to tight deadlines. You don’t just accept the status quo, and will always seek out opportunities to add value. A good analytical mindset is also advantageous to the success in the role, as the need to problem solve will occur on a daily basis. Applicants with intermediate Excel skills will be preferable.
