    They have told us they like what we are doing.

    An independent survey commissioned by us in March 2017 found that nine out of 10 customers rate our service as 'good' or 'very good' and are happy with the accuracy and clarity of the bills we provide.

    Of the small and large businesses surveyed 91% rated our service as 'good' or 'very good'.

    The independent survey by Blue Marble Research Limited interviewed 200 water2business customers; 145 were small and large businesses - the small businesses had fewer than 10 employees and the largest had more than than 50 employees.
